Here's a great tip from Ivan Ankrom, on our Tech Support Team:
"As a Tech Support Representative trouble shooting computer related issues day in day out I’m always interested in ways to accomplish tasks effortlessly. When I see another representative open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows key + R, I’m intrigued to see what other shortcuts are available using the Windows key. In our eScan-IT we have shortcuts for setting boundaries. Simply click on the image key you want to change the boundary for and click one of the following letters corresponding to the type of boundary; F = Folder, B = Box, D = Parent Document, C = Child and P = Page (or remove current boundary setting). What other shortcuts do you know of for getting to applications or services faster?"
