The ICES program is for Litigation Support Professionals, Paralegals and Service Providers that are responsible for the administration, implementation and utilization of the IPRO eScan-IT software. To achieve the ICES you must receive a score of at least 80% on the IPRO Certification exam.

 Prerequisites: At least 3 months experience with Electronic Discovery Applications. Prior experience with IPRO eScan-IT is helpful.
