The ICECA program is for service providers and Automated Litigation Support Professionals that are responsible for the administration and implementation of the IPRO eCapture™ software and the integration with IPRO eReview™. To achieve the ICECA you must receive a score of at least 80% on the IPRO Certification exam.

Prerequisites: At least 3 months experience with Electronic Discovery Applications.
