The ICSA program is for Litigation Support Professionals that are
responsible for the administration of the IPRO Software Suite or as a consultant
to firms with this requirement. To achieve the ICSA you must receive a score of
at least 80% on the IPRO Certification exam.

Suite Modules or completion of the Introduction to IPRO and the Introduction to
IPRO System Administration courses at least 3 weeks prior to the certification
