The ICPSA program is for service providers and Automated Litigation Support Professionals that are responsible for the administration and implementation of the IPRO Premium Scan software. To achieve the ICPSA you must receive a score of at least 80% on the IPRO Certification exam.

 Prerequisites: At least 3 months experience with document scanning applications. Prior experience with IPRO Premium Scan is recommended.
