The ICPSA program is for service providers and automated litigation support professionals that are responsible for administration and implementation of IPRO Premium Scan. To earn the ICPSA, you must receive a score of at least 80% on the IPRO certification exam.

* If training is conducted at a client site rather than at the IPRO Phoenix facility, the client is responsible for the travel expenses of the IPRO trainer, including airfare, hotel, transportation, and per diem, in addition to the cost of the course.

Prerequisites: 3+ months experience with document scanning apps. Experience with IPRO Premium Scan recommended.
