When contacting IPRO Tech regarding technical support issues, please include the following:
- Company name with Contact name and Phone Number
- IPRO Tech Software (IPRO View, IPRO Premium Scan, etc.)
- Version number of software (select About under the Help menu to see the version number)
- Operating System (Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP or Vista)
- An exact description of what happened when the problem occurred
- Attach a ZIP file of any relevant screenshots, error messages, or files (LFP, ASCII, etc.)
