IPRO iPublish lets service bureaus and law firms publish a collection of documents, based upon their criteria, to CD, DVD or external hard drive. Using an integrated runtime viewer and database, the collection can be viewed by the receiving party without loading data into a conventional database. The iPublish Viewer is provided free with the collection and allows users to perform a wide variety of tasks on their document collection including viewing document images, searching images for keywords using OCR results, annotating images, reprinting images, and creating issue tags.

The included runtime viewer lets users perform tasks on the document collection they otherwise couldn't do without additional software. The iPublish viewer lets a user navigate the collection via the boundary hierarchy window, perform redactions, highlight sections of the document, search for OCR text, tag the collection, enter folder descriptions, and print the collection with or without annotations. All of these features increase the overall efficiency and quality of the document review.

Multiple users can perform document reviews at one time without having to purchase an additional database. By splitting a document collection into manageable pieces, a large project can be simultaneously reviewed by multiple users, ensuring project deadlines are met.
