IntuitiveThe application is very easy to set up and use. It only requires an accessible IP address and one open IP Port on the machine. The iNet server is configured just like any other Viewer user on the normal network, and then is ready to service remote users.
ScalableUsing IPRO iNet, one network may have up to 99 servers, making it easy to scale the workforce depending on the size and the complexity of the project. If needed, 99 team members could be simultaneously reviewing one image collection from the office, home, or elsewhere.
ConvenientBy using iNet to create online image repositories, a large document collection is no longer wasting space on a user’s hard drive or in their briefcase. This allows portability and convenience, ultimately leading to increased productivity and quality of review.
Primary Feature List- All information sent to and from the image server is encrypted, including both commands and images. The encryption scheme is a proprietary IPRO algorithm.
- Users login with any of the IPRO View client applications to make use of all the IPRO View features such as tagging, redacting, and annotating as well as all search functions. Users are also able to print and perform a number of other functions on the document collection.
- IPRO’s user security provides for collection control and allows tasks to be performed by the end users.
- Print jobs, via IPRO iNet and IPRO Print, may be done remotely by an outside service provider as well as internally from anywhere in the world.
