IPRO ePrint-IT is a powerful, stand-alone application designed to efficiently print a variety of electronic document formats to paper with Bates(TM) numbering and/or custom messages. Be Efficient
The application increases efficiency of print jobs by utilizing numbered metadata slipsheets from user selected papertrays, a variety of standard and custom filtering options, and several document printing options. Metadata slip sheets may be printed for each file/document from any configurable printer tray, and alpha or Bates numbering can be stamped onto each output. These features increase document organization and improve overall productivity.

Meet Deadlines
IPRO Label+ provides a Bates labeling solution for a wide range of printers. IPRO ePrint-IT uses high speed batch printing of electronic documents for rapid throughput.

Take Control
IPRO ePrint-IT provides the user with a variety of options, enabling them to have full control over the final printed document. These features include optional image key and message endorsement, exception and metadata slip sheet with independent paper tray selection, custom paper size option for images, and many filtering options.

Intuitive
The directory and file structure of IPRO ePrint-IT is based upon the standard, intuitive Windows Explorer presentation. Directory toolbars are navigated through the tree on the left panel while files are accessed on the right panel. Additionally, all options, such as Metadata and Exception slip sheet options, are accessed from a single screen in the easy-to-use interface.

Compatible
IPRO ePrint-IT supports more than 400 file types, including Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007 applications. It is also compatible with a wide variety of printer models from major manufacturers such as Xerox, Canon, Ricoh, and Konica Minolta, making it unlikely for a new user to have to purchase additional hardware.

Functional
With features designed for law firms, IPRO ePrint-IT is ideal for small scale e-Discovery output. The system’s simplicity means small jobs can be done in-house with existing personnel, eliminating the need for extra personnel or outsourcing.
