The IPRO Boundary view provides the user with a graphical representation of document organization, allowing for easy navigation between documents, folders, and boxes. Using an intuitive menu, users are then able to search, retrieve, issue tag, redact and annotate images while reviewing. Additionally, the program's document search engine incorporates the ability to perform a natural language linguistic search of your documents, allowing your computer to "Think like you do" and understands what you are searching for, resulting in more accurate and precise results.

IPRO View allows the user to take full control of their review with numerous search and mark up features available to them. Users can and search issue tags during the review process. Users can also redact, highlight, make sticky notes, and annotate text. The search feature enables the user to search image text, embedded text, sticky notes, and dates.

IPRO View's advanced project navigation allows review of images, based on document boundaries, even before coding has been completed. This enables users to begin the review process before the entire database has been loaded, an important time saving feature not available in many viewers.

With IPRO View's intuitive interface almost anything that can be done to a paper document, such as redactions, highlighting, and sticky notes, can be done to an electronic document image. Convenient
By utilizing optional IPRO Suite modules, IPRO View users are provided the ability to store images on a laptop or create online image repositories, allowing portability and convenience. By using IPRO Image Replication users can easily create subsets of images on their laptops and, upon return to their main document collection, synchronize changes they made on the road with changes their staff made while they were away. By using the IPRO iNet Server, law firms or service bureaus can create online image repositories, which can be accessed from anywhere in the world via the Internet.
