IPRO V-Code is a code-from-image system allowing secure document coding over the Internet or a local area network. The system manages workflow and controls the distribution of batches throughout the indexing process; from requirements definition through logical unitization, coding, quality control, and data validation, concluding with the export of the coded data
to text for import to a litigation support database. V-Code provides the tracking and reporting of the batches throughout each process, the monitoring of worker productivity and data quality, and the ability to create job cost and job estimate reports. The flexible system enables users to code from paper or an IPRO View project.

IPRO V-Code is designed around teams, projects, shipments and batchings, allowing for faster recognition of quality or performance issues. Reports track the progress of the batches, the productivity of the users and the quality of the data. The post process data validation, including names normalization and spell checking, helps ensure efficiency and quality.

Project estimate reports allow the administrator to monitor the work load and adjust unitizers, coders, and QC personnel appropriately to ensure deadlines are met.

Take Control
The advanced features of IPRO V-Code allow full control over all aspects of the coding project. Coding is fully customizable, with numerous field types. Options at the system, project, and user levels allow the customization of appearance, functionality, and behavior. Coding batches may be created from multiple sources including Bates(TM) ranges, input files, document types, or OCR confidence levels. Additionally, images may be located anywhere, either on the V-Code servers network or on any IPRO iNet server in any location.

Secure
All communication takes place over secure, encrypted socket packets. Administrators can control which users have access to which projects and which tasks they may perform. There is also an internal mail system, eliminating the threat of email virus infection.

Compatible
IPRO V-Code easily integrates with other IPRO Products. Users can select complementary IPRO products based on production requirements, which enables them to purchase only the modules they need, lowering their initial investment costs

Scalable
IPRO V-Code allows images to be located on any IPRO iNet server in any location, making it easy to scale the workforce depending on the size and complexity of the project. Personnel may safely access the system from home or the road, giving the ability to add new workers or outsource as needed.
