Designed for law firms and corporate legal departments, Code-IT(TM) provides a complete document coding management system. The system manages workflow and document distribution from requirements definition and project setup to unitization, coding, quality control, and data validation, concluding with the export of the coded data to litigation support databases. Code-IT allows the tracking and reporting of batches throughout each process, the monitoring of productivity and quality, and the ability to create job cost and job estimate reports. The system enables users to code from paper, image files, or an IPRO View(TM) project.

Be Efficient
Code-IT is designed around teams, projects, shipments and batchings, allowing for faster recognition of any quality or performance issues. Reports track the progress of the batches, the productivity of the users and the quality of the data. The post process data validation, including names normalization and spell checking, helps ensure efficiency and quality.

Meet Deadlines
Code-IT uses a high speed internal database structure. Project estimate reports allow the administrator to monitor the work load and adjust unitizers, coders, and QC personnel appropriately to ensure deadlines are met.

Take Control
Users have full control over all aspects of coding. The images may be located anywhere on the Code-IT server's network. Coding batches may be created from Bates ranges, input files, or document types. Coders also may type, pick from lists, or screen scrape text (zonal OCR) from the images. Up to 100 coding fields of multiple types can be defined and the coding field validation logic is also fully customizable. For instance, in addition to ensuring that dates are entered in the correct format and are valid, you may specify an acceptable range, allow or disallow partial dates, and zero-fill blanks.

Secure
Code-IT is equipped with effective security features. Administrators can control which users have access to which projects and which tasks they may perform. There is also an internal mail system, eliminating the threat of e-mail virus infection.

Compatible
Code-IT is designed to integrate with other IPRO Products. This allows a user to select complimentary IPRO products based on their production needs, which enables them to purchase only the modules they require. This lowers investment costs and reduces time and energy otherwise spent learning and operating applications that are not necessary.
