IPRO Build is the premier production application in the industry, designed to provide you with an extensive toolset for data manipulation of an imaged document collection. IPRO Build allows the creation of new collections, subsets, and renumbered sets of images. Produced sets of images can be endorsed with Bates™ numbers, messages, and redactions. Nothing matches the flexibility, speed, and reliability of IPRO Build.

Flexible Input and Output Options
IPRO Build lets you choose which images to produce by providing criteria such as an image key range, a previous production, or a database query file and outputs them as TIFF or JPEG images, a print job, or searchable PDF files. Any job may be sequentially renumbered to eliminate production number gaps and those production numbers can be automatically loaded into CT Summation and Concordance databases, as well as cross reference files.
Annotation Options
Create sets of images endorsed with Bates numbers, redactions, and messages at speeds of up to 60,000 images per hour while keeping the original image collection pristine. You are given full control of annotation fonts, multi-line messaging capability, and the ability to position Bates numbers and messages in any of the six zones on the page.
Document History Tracking
When privileged documents are removed from a collection, IPRO Build allows for image renumbering to eliminate production number gaps. These production numbers are then cross referenced back to the original image number which ensures rapid searching and allows you to track the document history back to the original document ID number.
PDF File Limits
When using IPRO Build to produce searchable PDF document collections, you are able to limit individual PDF files by number of pages or file size to aid in electronic filing requirements.
