IPRO Tech Included in Leading Analyst Firm’s Magic Quadrant for eDiscovery Software

Report Evaluates 24 eDiscovery Software Vendors Based on Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute

Phoenix, AZ (June 22, 2011): IPRO Tech, Inc., a leader in the design of scalable, easy-to-manage e-discovery software, today announced its inclusion in the 2011 Gartner Magic Quadrant for eDiscovery Software. The report features analysis on 24 eDiscovery software companies that in part satisfy “quantitative requirements regarding market penetration and customer base” and is the first Gartner Magic Quadrant report for the eDiscovery software market.

“Whether due to civil litigation in common law countries, a request for interception, or a criminal investigation, the need to hand over data is something that organizations must deal with,” states the report, which estimates global e-discovery software revenue came to $889 million in 2009 and will only continue to grow, reaching 1.5 billion in 2013. When analyzing likely future market directions, Gartner declares “The need to ingest, organize, search and produce electronic information quickly for legal purposes has focused the industry's efforts on creating software that can cope with the volume, velocity and variety of data that lawyers must quickly sift and cull.”

IPRO’s Enterprise eDiscovery solution brings early data assessment, processing, review and production together on a single platform. The fully integrated enterprise e-discovery solution is known for its robust code, unmatched scalability, and ease of use, allowing corporations, law firms, and service providers to limit the data produced in litigation; often providing a 95% reduction in size and costs.

“As one of the first eDiscovery software companies, we’re extremely pleased to have been included in the first ever Gartner Magic Quadrant report for this evolving and growing market,” says Jim King, President of IPRO. “With over twenty years experience in the development of eDiscovery technology, we at IPRO have a keen understanding of the needs and wants of the industry. We’re glad to see that Gartner recognizes us and are excited for what the future holds.”
