According to Rochelle Kinderknecht, product manager for Copy+, the end user is always in mind when a new version of a product is released. “What distinguishes IPRO Copy+ 5.0 from other applications is the simplified user interface,” she said. “This in turn offers many benefits, including easy access to check and book scanning and simple modification of an image’s boundary through new image flag buttons.” She added that “users can modify an entire document or a range of images instead of having to do so individually, which is a substantial time-saver.”
Other features of Copy+ 5.0 include the addition of Quick Scroll and Import to the main scanning screen, providing easy access to important tasks. The touch of a button also allows for immediate zooming, and sizing has been improved, including more support for A4.
Users with more demands will appreciate the ability to endorse with a second print message and to select from more font options. IPRO designers added new export options and improvements to reporting. Finally, Copy+ 5.0 offers more test functionality for printing and scanning, making hardware setup even easier than before.
