IPRO and Anacomp Partner to Streamline e-Discovery WorkflowAnacomp to Integrate IPRO eCapture into CaseLogistix for Increased Litigation Document Volumes and Accelerated Production and Review
SAN DIEGO, CA, AND PHOENIX, AZ, FEBRUARY 6, 2008 -- Anacomp® Inc., a leading business process solutions company, and IPRO Tech, Inc., an innovative leader in e-Discovery software, today announced a joint technology alliance in which Anacomp will integrate IPRO's eCapture software application into its CaseLogistix® litigation support solution. The integration will increase and enhance CaseLogistix's document ingestion and production capabilities, allowing users and hosting partners to produce and process significantly higher volumes of litigation documents much more quickly, and accelerate the litigation document production and review workflow.
CaseLogistix is the most powerful and versatile litigation review and integration platform available today, providing a complete solution for electronic document organization, annotation, discovery management and production. CaseLogistix's integration with the eCapture processing engine will eliminate batch transfers between the applications and the associated human and system overheard. Users will be able to load large sets of unknown documents, files, and materials more rapidly and in a completely native workflow, eliminating the costly and time-consuming process of converting native files to TIFF images and extracting the text files. The integration makes CaseLogistix much easier, faster and cheaper to use.
"Integrating eCapture with CaseLogistix streamlines the discovery and review process, increases efficiency, reduces costs and minimizes risks," said John Turner, Anacomp's Chief Technology Officer. "This deep technical integration is the first step in an alliance that should see additional capability integrations, collaboration on joint market opportunities and the chance to deliver greater value and seamlessly solve more complicated litigation challenges for our mutual customers."
"One of IPRO's key strengths is identifying leading, best-of-breed products in the legal market and ensuring that our software works seamlessly with them," said IPRO Chief Operating Officer Rich Ruyle. "This partnership brings two powerful products together in a way that gives end users a more complete, end-to-end approach to their e-Discovery needs."
IPRO eCapture is a distributive software application designed for large scale electronic discovery processing. eCapture is designed for speed, accuracy, flexibility and stability utilizing SQL server, modular development, asynchronous multi-threading technology, self aware agents and distributive discovery, processing and export. Processing stations work without user intervention and all projects are managed from a central control station, allowing virtually unlimited processing power without additional labor costs.
CaseLogistix allows legal teams to quickly review and produce any amount of digital evidence using an interface similar to that of Microsoft® Outlook®. Combined with Anacomp's docHarbor document management platform, business process management services, and secure high-speed scanning and conversion services, CaseLogistix provides law firms and corporate legal departments with one-stop access to one of the broadest litigation management solutions in the legal industry.
