According to Terry Harrison, Managing Director at Hobs Legal Docs, the IPRO products have made a significant positive impact. “We have had amazing results with eCapture during the last 18 months and no one has the solution in Europe but ourselves,” he said. “It has found cleverly hidden and embedded files that other solutions skipped over.” Harrison noted that recently, for a London law firm, the company loaded 7Gb of data into eCapture, consisting of some 370,000 pages, for a client that wanted Hobs Legal Docs to filter by date range, key names and words. “Having done so, we rendered just 35 pages (7 docs) that needed to be reviewed,” he said. “The whole process took just a few hours and the law firm, as well as their clients, were delighted at the time and cost saving.”
To augment its services, and to capitalize on its success and capabilities of eCapture, Hobs Legal Docs Ltd also offers IPRO’s eReview tool a browser-based online review system that gives users complete control of the review process. It is available from Hobs Legal Docs on both a hosted basis or can be purchased in full for in-house use.
