IPRO announces it has certified a new Xerox TWAIN driver with its Copy+ applicationXerox develops new TWAIN driver.
Phoenix, AZ: IPRO Corp., a leader in the design of scalable, easy to manage litigation support and e-Discovery software, announced that it has certified the new TWAIN driver from Xerox with its Copy+ application. Xerox has developed this TWAIN driver specifically for the Xerox 4112/4127. Previously, Xerox scanners and multifunction devices only worked with the scan to file version of Copy+.
IPRO Copy+ is a flexible application designed to simplify even the most complex copying tasks. By creating both paper copies and document images in a single step, IPRO Copy+ brings great value to both entry level and production level copy operations. With IPRO Copy+, users manage copy processes via a touch screen interface allowing them to rapidly copy, image, Bates TM label, and OCR legal documents in one pass.
Additionally, an operator can utilize advanced pre-printing features for quality assurance. This will guarantee the accuracy of their work before producing Bates labeled copies, OCR text, PDF files or TIFF files. IPRO Copy+ also captures folder names and document descriptions, as well as binding element information for easy assembly. It produces Manifest Reports and Job Cost Reports with information about the job and the operator's performance. Pages can be rotated and renumbered prior to printing. The entire collection can be exported to a CD, DVD, or disk file and viewed using the IPRO IPublish Viewer; which is included free of charge with the export.
IPRO notes that end users must have Copy+ 4.3.3 in order to choose the TWAIN option.
