James M. King is the founder and CEO of IPRO Tech, Inc.  During the last 20 years, Mr. King has been involved in numerous technological innovations in the litigation industry and has enjoyed many rich associations with legal professionals worldwide.  Mr. King's focus on technology, which has involved many high visible large complex litigation's in product liability, health care, finance, bankruptcy, SEC, FTC, and construction, continues to keep him keenly interested and engaged in the legal software niche.
In the years prior to IPRO, King founded and co-founded three other software companies: CIS, a software company developing enterprise applications to the publishing industry; Bankline Systems, a software company delivering enterprise applications to financial institutions under 1 billion dollars in capitalization; and Tactical Data, a software company providing election forecasting software to U.S. Senate hopefuls and incumbents.  These companies, though successful, were unable to keep his attention and interest as long and to the extent of his involvement in IPRO.  Mr. King regards IPRO employees and its valued customers as a very large extension of his family.

Gordon Macaw brings over 29 years of accounting and management experience to IPRO. He is a Certified Associate Business Manager and is responsible for all accounting functions including order processing, billing and shipping, and human resources. He oversees IPRO's agreements including Service Partner, Reseller, and Maintenance. Prior to working at IPRO, he worked in many different industries including copy shops, manufacturing, construction, insurance, and legal services. He has a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Rich Ruyle has 28 years of experience managing the development and delivery of software and services to specialized markets. He joined IPRO in 1994 as Manager of Customer Service and help build the support department infrastructure for IPRO. Soon after he took on the role Operations VP responsible for support, IT, product development, and engineering. Mr. Ruyle now services as IPRO's CTO/CVO and is responsible for overall technical leadership and direction for the company's technology product development programs.

Ryan Joyce has been directly involved in the litigation support industry for close to 10 years. During this time he has been engaged in Support, Testing, R&D, Consulting, System Architecture, Design and Implementation for Software Solutions, Sales Support, Direct Sales, Sales Management, Operations and Technology acquisitions. As VP of Sales for IPRO for almost three years now, Ryan is responsible for overseeing all revenue at IPRO as well as the Territory Managers, Sales Assistants and the Sales Engineering group. Ryan has a deep knowledge and understanding of the Litigation Support Industry and has been called on and certified as an Expert Witness for testimony rendered in ESI production standards. Ryan works very closely with the Sales Team and Sales Engineers in consulting clients on Enterprise Solutions and also sits on multiple committees within IPRO including the Product Review Committee to help drive client desirable solutions to the market.

Ms. Tipton's tenure at IPRO began in 1992 as the Imaging Supervisor in the Production Department. During this time, her department processed and delivered images and blowbacks for numerous litigation cases, numbering in the millions of pages. In 1994, she moved over to the Client Services Department, providing software support for the IPRO software suite. Shortly after she joined Client Services, the training responsibilities for the software were transitioned into the department. Ms. Tipton has been providing training to IPRO's clients for over 13 years and now heads up the training department to incorporate and develop a Professional Services Group for IPRO. She has successfully trained many of IPRO's top 100 law firms in the country as well as small to medium size firms. Customer satisfaction is of the highest priority to her and her department.

Dennis Brawn, Chief Scientist of IPRO, has led IPRO's technical strategy since the founding of the company in 1989.  As the initial creator of the imaging systems software he has designed and expanded IPRO's software suite to a multitude of diverse support services products for legal professionals.  With over 20 years in the industry, scripting, designing, and maintaining software products, he has been one of the main contributors to IPRO's success.
